Fisioplus muscle and joint gel is a natural and powerful formula designed to relieve contracted and tense muscles and joints. Perfect for any tense area, applying this product can help you to get back to your normal self.

Perfect for after muscle exertion or sporting activities.

To use take a liberal amount (approximately 1 teaspoon/5ml) of Fisioplus and rub gently into affected areas of contracted, tense or painful muscles and joints. As this is a natural muscle rub you can use it as often as required, normally 2-3 times per day.

Apply onto the skin and massage gently as often as required. Wash hands after use.

Delivery, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Do I need to pay for delivery?

Delivery is free for online orders of £30 or more, otherwise it's £3.95 standard delivery or £4.95 for next day delivery.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12pm on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm may still be shipped but will more than likely be shipped on the following working day.

Can I return an item?

Yes, of course. We offer a 60 day return, no quibble policy. If your item is faulty, we'll cover the returns. If you've simply changed your mind, the return cost is yours. We would always recommend that you used a tracked or recorded service when returning goods.

All items are inspected before refunds are issued to ensure goods are in a saleable condition, unused and unopened. We are unable to accept returns on opened cosmetic or food products due to health and hygiene reasons, unless the product is faulty.

Please either send us an email, give us a call or use the online chat system. It's best to make sure that you have your order number to hand.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, of course. The same rules apply as with a return - we offer a 60 day policy. If your item is faulty and you'd like to exchange it, please get in touch and we'll arrange that at a cost to us. If you've simply changed your mind, that isn't a problem however additional charges may apply.

How will I be refunded?

We always return funds to the original source of payment. 


What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?

You can track each order using the link in your shipping confirmation email. We recommend that you take a look at this link before getting in touch with us as this will be the quickest way of determining where your order is.

If more than 14 days have passed since your advised delivery date and you have not received an email or text message update, then please get in touch and we will do our best to assist you.

Why has my order not arrived yet?

Although we do our best to ensure that you get your order as quickly as possible, unfortunately on occasion human errors do occur and there are delays with your parcel. Please be assured that this isn't intentional and we will always work to rectify the problem in a professional manner.

When will I receive my order?

Typically you will receive your order within 72 hours of placing an order, excluding bank holidays and weekends. If your order has not arrived when expected we recommend that you check your order confirmation and shipping emails for the expected delivery date.

Why haven't I received all of my order?

Check your confirmation email to see if all items were ordered.

Occasionally when we pack an order some of the items may unfortunately be unavailable. We don't want to delay the rest of your order so we may cancel the out of stock item and send the rest. This also applies when you've ordered items that are stored across separate warehouses. In this instance we will send separate orders to you and therefore they may arrive at slightly different times.

Where can I find my order details now I won't receive any paperwork in my parcel?

We're going paperless where possible to help and do our bit for the environment. Please don't worry - you will still receive all of the information that you would expect to find, it's just in a digital form. We'll keep you updated on order processing, shipping and order feedback by email.

I haven't received any paperwork, how do I return an item?

Easy - simply give us a call, send us an email or use our online chat system and we'll point you in the right direction.

We offer a 60 day return policy - no questions asked and so you have plenty of time to change your mind. 

Please note that unless an opened cosmetic product is faulty we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. All returns are evaluated before being processed.

Faulty items can be returned to us at no charge (as you'd expect!), however if you've simply changed your mind then returning goods to us is at a cost to you. We recommend using a recorded or tracked service so that you can keep an eye on the parcel until you receive your refund or exchange.

Why do I need to give you my email address and mobile number if I am shopping as a guest?

If you provide us a valid email address and mobile phone number when you checkout as a guest, we can send you updated about your parcel including the order number, order details and when it will be delivered to you.

Acceptance of orders

Tower Health reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer. All orders are subject to availability. If any items are not available and you paid using a debit/credit card or PayPal you will not be charged for the cancelled items.

We may submit your order to a third party fraud screening provider who securely review orders on behalf of Tower Health to eliminate fraud and safeguard our customers transactions. Colour reproduction

Tower Health has made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different computers and mobile devices reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the Internet.
