To return items, follow the simple instructions on the reverse of the order acknowledgement that we will send to you. Please note: the company does not pay return postage. Returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us and so for your protection we recommend using a recorded-delivery service and keeping the postage receipt so that in the event that it is lost, it can be traced. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee and delivery charges may apply. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
