iTouch Sure Pelvic Floor Trainer

Regular pelvic floor exercises can help to strengthen the muscles around your vagina and bladder, but as we age and especially after having children these muscles can weaken and it can be difficult to perform the exercises to a level where they would be of benefit.

That’s where a pelvic floor trainer comes in. Using gentle electrotherapy a pelvic floor trainer can stimulate the muscles into becoming stronger and more toned. Regular use of a pelvic floor trainer can help improve bladder control to treat the three types of incontinence, but it can also improve sexual intimacy giving you your enjoyment of sexual activity back again.

How do Pelvic Floor Trainers Work?

A pelvic floor toner is simple to use. The discreet probe goes inside of the vagina, you then use one of the 4 preset programs that have been clinically tested to provide a long term solution for those with pelvic floor problems. The probe sends a gentle stimulation to the pelvic floor muscles helping to tone them.

Recommended treatment sessions last for 20 minutes each day and can be done simply and discreetly at home over a period of 12 weeks, however, many will start to see results after 3-4 weeks.

iTouch Sure Pelvic Floor Exerciser Features

  • One Touch Memory – remembers last setting, strength and program used
  • LED Backlit Screen
  • 4 Preset Programs
  • Gentle Electrotheraphy Stimulation – Adjustable settings for different levels of intensity
  • Safety Duration Override – pelvic trainer will turn off after 20 minutes to ensure the pelvic floor muscles are not overworked
  • Discreet Probes

Do you suffer from incontinence?

Incontinence is a medical condition that causes involuntary and uncontrollable loss of urine from the bladder (urinary incontinence). It can also apply to bowel movements or wind from the bowel (faecal or bowel incontinence). It varies in its severity, from a slight leak to total loss of control of the bladder or bowel which can be extremely embarrassing in a social situation. It can happen through simple everyday activities such as lifting something; sometimes it can happen following a cough, laugh or sneeze.

New mums can also benefit from using itouch Sure because after a woman gives birth, the pelvic floor muscles can become affected. The pelvic floor muscles and tissues can become weak and over stretched after bearing the weight of a baby, making it harder to squeeze the muscles at the bottom of your bladder to prevent urine from escaping.

How does itouch Sure  treat incontinence?

The three main kinds of incontinence referred to as stress, urge and mixed.

Stress incontinence

This is leakage of urine on exertion or effort, which could be through coughing or sneezing. This is often caused by the sphincter muscles not functioning properly. It can also happen during sex which can be extremely embarrassing.

Urge incontinence

The sudden leakage of urine or overwhelming urge to urinate without being able to stop. This can sometimes be caused through stress and anxiety and be caused through bladder infections but is often down to a neurological problem such as dementia, stroke, multiple sclerosis or injury to the spinal cord.

Mixed incontinence

Involuntary bladder emptying with the uncontrollable urge to urinate caused through any kind of exertion or stress on the body, i.e. laughing, coughing, sneezing etc.

Why should I choose itouch Sure?

  • Helps tone and strengthen the pelvic floor
  • Improves strength, core and flexibility of the pelvic floor muscles
  • You will see noticeable results in just a few weeks
  • Helps improve sexual intimacy and confidence
  • Improves your enjoyment of sexual activity
