We want you to spend time allowing your products to work and enable you to build them into your daily routine – that’s why we give you a full 60 days to try before you commit. Please call us at any time if you need help or advice about your treatment – we’re here 24 hours and happy to talk.
However, if, during the 60 days you are not completely satisfied simply return the item for a full refund on the price of the product or for a replacement.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging. Only items that are in a saleable condition will be accepted. Products must be returned with ALL the accessories. If any of the accessories are missing, we reserve the right to charge up to £25 to cover the cost of the missing items.
*Towerhealth Pharmacy and Pelham & Strutt products have differing guarantee periods. Several Towerhealth products have a 90 Day Guarantee – see product particulars.
Tower Pharmacy Returns:
Items purchased through Tower Pharmacy can be returned for a refund within 7 days and only if they are faulty, damaged or an incorrect item has been received.
Pelham & Strutt Returns:
Products can be returned for a refund within 7 days. Unsealed items cannot be refunded. Clothing must be returned unused and unworn in its original packaging. Soiled or worn garments will not be accepted for a return or refund. If you would like to return a product, please call us for a RMA number. Refunds will not be processed without a valid RMA Number, and we reserve the right to return such items charging the standard delivery charge.
For your protection use a recorded-delivery service to return any product and keep the receipt so that in the event that it is lost, it can be traced. If we do not receive the product back, you will be liable for the purchase price as we cannot issue a refund. Please note you will be responsible for returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
Electrical goods are covered by a one year warranty against malfunction, from the date of receipt. A replacement cannot be given for a malfunction arising from misuse, accidental damage or when a product has been tampered with or exceeded its expected use.
Refunds are processed on the Friday following the date of receipt. Please allow up to 10 working days from the processing day for the refund to be received.
