Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that the goods received are faulty, damaged or incorrect we will provide a replacement.

If you are not satisfied with your product and wish to return it, you may do so within 14 days of receipt. In order to obtain a refund the goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a completely saleable condition. It is your responsibility to cover the cost of returning the goods and this is not refundable. We reserve the right to charge for any goods should they not be returned within 14 days or in a saleable condition.

If you have ordered the Pain Gone you are covered by our Money Back Guarantee as detailed in our promotional literature. If, during this time you are not completely satisfied simply return the item for a full refund on the price of the product.

A 12 month warranty against malfunction from the date of receipt is given with all electrical goods; a replacement cannot be given for any malfunction arising from misuse.
