Under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. You may cancel your order up to and including the seventh day after receipt.

Ordering

To order, simply add a product to your basket and follow the steps given during the checkout procedure. Payment can be made using PayPal or by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro credit / debit cards using our secure encrypted server so you can be sure that your information is safe. When the order process is complete you will be delivered to the order acknowledgement page which will confirm that your order has been placed. You will also immediately receive an email to confirm your order and inform you of your order number for reference purposes.

For customers selecting the VAT exempt price

This product is a VAT exempt product when purchased for use on a chronic or disabling condition such as arthritis, osteoarthritis or sciatica, provided you have suffered with the condition for at least 3 months. VAT relief is not available for short term injuries.

VAT Declaration: By selecting the VAT exempt price I declare that I am chronically sick/disabled and that I am receiving a product from this website for my own personal use. I claim that the supply of this unit is eligible for relief from VAT under group 12, schedule 2 of the value added tax act 1994.

Delivery Information

UK Standard 48 - 72 Hour Delivery  is £3.95 (mainland UK).

UK Express 24 - 48 Hour Delivery is £5.95 (mainland UK).

International Delivery is £8.95 (including Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, rest of the world)

Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day.

All items in our pharmacy department are subject to the approval of the pharmacist

Online doctor orders are subject to the approval of the pharmacist and expected delivery is usually within 3-5 working days.

Pharmacy Deliveries

I understand that to avoid undue delay in receiving my pharmacy order there may be occasions when I am unable to sign for my pharmacy order(s) in person.I therefore give my consent and accept full responsibility for my pharmacy order(s) to be delivered to my nominated delivery address without a signature.

 I will also make suitable arrangements to ensure that I collect my item(s) promptly from the premises specified, or any other suitable safe place that has been indicated by me when placing the order. This also applies to any other location that the courier deems suitable.

Tower Health cannot be held responsible for any pharmacy order(s) that has not been stored safely and according to manufactures instructions, or that have not been safeguarded against any unauthorised access once the order has been delivered.

Returns

To return items, follow the simple instructions on the reverse of the order acknowledgement that we will send to you. Please note: the company does not pay return postage. Returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us and so for your protection we recommend using a recorded-delivery service and keeping the postage receipt so that in the event that it is lost, it can be traced. Hygiene-sensitive items including pillows, mattress-toppers, bed linen and products of a medicinal, cosmetic or personal nature may not be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the event that a product you receive is faulty or has been sent to you in error, Tower Health covers the cost of returning of the item. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee and delivery charges may apply. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

WEE Regulations

The UK Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations introduced in 2007 aim to reduce the amount of electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) ending up in landfil. We fully support this initiative and if you want to return any unwanted electrical or electronic item purchased from us then please send to Unit 24, Wilford Industrial and Business Park, Ruddington Lane, Nottingham, NG11 7EP.
