I am delighted to report that my parcel finally arrived on Friday via courier! I also fully accept and appreciate that your company has indeed lost two former packages due to our inept postal services in Spain and I am sorry for this dent into your profits.

On a more positive note, what I can say is as both a chronic asthma sufferer and a doctor who has a great many contacts in the medical profession- I am delighted with the salt pipe!! I noticed an improvement instantly and have tried it day on, day off, to monitor and gauge effectiveness.

There is no question that you innovative and drug-free product delivers exactly what it claims. For me, it almost completely eliminates the residual congestion that did not respond to steroids or ventalin. Despite being under an expert consultant and complying rigidly to all listed instructions, I have never been able to enjoy a cough-free day or night. I now sleep better and experience a vastly improved lung capacity during all activities as long as I use the pipe for 10 mins am and 5 mins pm.

I want to thank you for thanking the time and effort to ensure that my goods arrived. I want to assure you that you have also delivered enormous goodwill as a consequence and also hopefully a new a lucrative number of business outlets as I spread the word among my friends and colleagues. My patient list includes members of the Royal Family and a number of well known celebrities- so I will endeavour to get you free and quality PR.

In the interim, I would appreciate a number of leaflets being forwarded to me (non-parcel post should have no obstacles to delivery).
