Letters from our Customers

Mrs Clough

Dear Roger Bratton

Thank you for your leaflet, which I will gladly pass on, I’ve been meaning to let you know how brilliant the pain pen is, but have been so busy enjoying my greatly improved life, that it’s been hard to find the time!
It’s a wonderful invention and I will always feel grateful to whoever came up with the concept and sing it’s praises as I too, feel people should know about it. Our Daughter-In-Law, in a consultant Anaesthetist, who has input into a Pain Clinic and she is very impressed by my experience with it.
I was diagnosed with arthritis in both knees, last spring and was housebound and in awful pain- especially at night, so tiered pretty immobile and fed up. The same daughter-in-law, loaned me the TENS machine, she had used in labour (herself.) I tried it, but found it such a performance, having to undress whenever I needed it and sit around for ages and I didn’t get much help from it. In February, after a rotten, painful time, I got the Pain Pen and didn’t use it for a couple of days as I was so afraid that it wouldn’t work-but, then I did and it did result- no pain and mobility back. May you prosper!
I shall be continuing to spread the word. Many, many thanks. Just one thing – I’ve had cervical spondylesis for 14 years and a physio has said not to use the pen on the neck as it’s too near the brain, so I haven’t and still take pain killers. For that, when it’s a nuisance. Is she right?

Very good wishes,
Mrs Clough
