Each pack contains an elasticated support, to be worn around the painful area to provide support to your joints, and 2 disposable heat packs for lasting relief. The heat pack is air activated and begins to warm up the instant you open its protective wrapping. It is then placed within the support to ensure it is held in place without having to attach it to clothing or the skin. The system is so thin it can be discreetly hidden beneath clothing and so flexible you can carry on with your everyday activities as normal whilst enjoying soothing relief.

The supports are washable for continued use but the heat patches must be disposed of when they have lost their heat.
